ph_jpeg_new_compress

int ph_jpeg_new_compress (  ph_cinfo_handle *  compress_info  )    This sets up a compression handle. This handle should be passed to the ph_jpeg_free_compress function to free the handle and any data associated with it. Returns: The success or failure of allocating the handle and initializing the JPEG compression structures. Return values: phSUCCESS  phFAIL  Definition at line 950 of file ImageJPEG.c.
