The standard return code for successful execution of a function. Any Phission method or function that successfully executes without detecting errors will return phSUCCESS. phSUCCESS is defined to be zero/0 and separates the return codes into two types:
- < zero : an error occurred
- > zero : a condition occurred that caused the method/function to not execute it's purpose, but it wasn't an error of any fatal kind.
