Detailed Description

This file provides compile time definitions to determine the byte order of the system during compilation. This file is a 'Private' file and should never be included in any other header file. It can be included in a source file by defining PH_USE_BYTEORDERPRIVATE to not be zero. In this way, certain code can be compiled in or out depending on the byte order.
