Value: phIMAGE_SIZE(w,h,f)
This macro calculates the size of the image given a width, height and format. The value should be assigned to a variable:
The macro uses & when checking the format because a format should only have one STANDARD format bit set. If there is a special bit set, this allows for calculating the size of the RAW data stored. For example, if the ZLib bit is set, the data is compressed and it's decompressed size should be calculated using the equations below.
