phFilter * graphSegmentation_Filter::cloneFilter (   )  [virtual]   This method allocates a new instance of graphSegmentation_Filter and applies the processing parameters of the filter through the graphSegmentation_Filter::set method. Returns: a new instance of graphSegmentation_Filter with the same processing parameter settings as the current instance. Implements phFilter.
