int phSimpleVision::gaussian (   )    This runs the gaussian3x3_Filter. It is a gaussian kernel of size 3 that is run over the image data to gaussian blur the image. Returns: The success of the operation. Return values: phSUCCESS  Switching the filter to gaussian3x3_Filter succeeded. phFAIL  Switching the filter to gaussian3x3_Filter failed.
